We suggest our Recurring Preventive Rodent Monitoring program to avoid re-infestation. This is similar to a preventative pest control service for insects. In this process, we place exterior monitoring stations around the perimeter of the structure and bait them with a rodenticide. We inspect them monthly or every other month, depending on the conducive conditions. We check for consumed or old bait and replace as needed.
